POWER FLUSH
By giving your heating system a power flush this will remove any blockages or thick sludge areas that may be affecting the performance of your heating system.
Keeping your system clean is important as this will preserve the life of boilers, pumps and other heating components. One option is to fit an inline magnet which will remove sludge from the system, if cleaned out on a regular basis.
SAFETY CERTIFICATES AND APPLIANCE SERVICING
Our engineers carry out many services of customer's appliances per year and issue gas safety certificates electrical certificates and pat test when required.

BATHROOMS REFURBISHMENTS AND AID ADAPTATIONS
Our relationship with housing associations and private clients has allowed us to carry out a wide variety of bathroom refurbishment projects from budget to bespoke and with fitting up to 1000 per year we can offer excellent discounted rates or if you prefer to supply your own we can work on a labour only basis.
The demand for wet rooms and aid adaptations are increasing as people are living much longer. Although these people may not be disabled, using standard bathroom fittings may prove difficult.
We can offer our experience to help give our client what they require to make washing and bathing easier.

If you have a maintenance problem no matter how big or small we will be happy to assist.
Just call our head office we will take brief report on the problem and then with your permission dispatch an engineer to the property as soon as possible or convenient to the resident.
